Laura is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2008, graduating with her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. She serves as adjunct professor of psychopharmacology at Pepperdine University and is a doctoral researcher in Transpersonal Psychology at California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, California. Her research is centered on meaning making through symbolism.
Laura's integrative approach to therapy is trauma-informed, relational and draws from attachment theory, mindfulness, and transpersonal psychology. She holds certifications in trauma-informed care, somatic therapy, personality disorders and Pranic Healing.
Her work is with adults who seek deeper healing beyond traditional talk therapy, who feel stuck in relational patterns, overwhelmed, anxious, carry shame or self-doubt from past experiences. She supports therapists, healthcare professionals, first responders, educators, artists, musicians, and individuals seeking deeper meaning, creativity and personal growth.
