I provide trauma-informed therapy that helps sensitive and creative individuals heal emotional wounds and reconnect with their authentic voice and inner resilience.
You deserve a space where healing happens at your pace. My approach integrates a trauma-informed psychotherapy, mindfulness, and body-centered awareness to support deep and lasting healing. Drawing from the Hakomi-informed somatic therapy, we gently explore how past experiences live in the nervous system and body - not just in thoughts.
